Using this new feature our customers can video chat with Woodfin technicians to diagnose and troubleshoot any problems they might be having that don’t warrant an emergency service call. We’re sure this tool will come in handy for Richmond and surrounding area homeowners who are facing an issue with their home heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, generator, indoor air quality or security system and are seeking out advice on what to do next.
