To Our Home Team Family
The health and well-being of all of the members of the Woodfin Home Team, our customers, Technicians, Delivery Drivers, Customer Service Representatives, Plumbers, Electricians, Comfort Advisors and Office Staff are our primary concern. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are putting procedures in place to help ensure that everyone is as protected as possible with the information we currently have available. As the situation develops, we will make whatever adjustments are needed.
As we’ve monitored the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) to inform our decisions in this dynamic environment, we have taken specific measures to safeguard our customers and employees.
We have trained our team and emphasized a social distancing protocol. We are issuing protective gear to each technician so that we can continue to provide routine preventative maintenance and emergency services without interruption.
We have modified our paid-time-off policies to ensure that no one here at Woodfin will be forced to decide between their financial well-being and their health.
We take the COVID-19 situation seriously and pledge to be vigilant where your health and safety are concerned. We remain faithful in our mission to serve our community during these challenging times.
