What Our Whole Home Membership Includes

Our Whole Home Membership covers all your essential home systems, helping them operate at peak performance. 

Take a look at what's included:

  • Electrical Tune-Up and System Evaluations:
    • Check current code status
    • Inspect and test all circuit breakers, re-torque connections, perform load tests, and inspect grounding.
    • Inspect and test all indoor and outdoor lighting.
    • Check and test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and replace up to two 9-volt batteries.
    • Check, test, and adjust timers and dimmers, electronic appliances, receptacles, and ground fault receptacles.
    • Provide suggestions on how you can save on energy costs.
  • Plumbing Tune-Up and System Evaluations: 
    • Safety check of your plumbing system.
    • Inspect and test toilets and faucets.
    • Inspect sink traps, drains, and exposed pipes.
    • Inspect washing machine hose and water heater.
    • Check outside faucets.
    • Inspect the sump pump or sewer ejectors (if applicable).
  • Air Conditioning Tune-Up and System Evaluation: 
    • Check operating pressures and temperatures.
    • Measure superheat and subcool, and inspect refrigerant connections.
    • Chemically clean condenser coil (if needed).
    • Inspect and test capacitors, controls, relays, wiring, and connections.
    • Lubricate motors, test compressor contacts, check voltage and amperage.
    • Evaluate air filter condition, inspect blower belts, and test temperature split.
    • Flush the condensate drain, inspect the evaporator coil, and explain the thermostat operation.
  • Heat Pump Tune-Up and System Evaluation: 
    • Check pressures, measure superheat, and inspect refrigerant connections.
    • Chemically clean condenser coil.
    • Inspect electrical components, lubricate motors, and test the compressor.
    • Inspect wiring, check voltage, evaluate filters, and inspect blower belts.
    • Test defrost mode, flush the condensate drain, and inspect the evaporator coil.
    • Test temperature split and explain thermostat operation.
  • Natural Gas/Propane (LP) Heat Tune-Up and System Evaluation: 
    • Clean burners, inspect heat exchangers, and adjust pilot assembly.
    • Test pressure regulator and gas valve.
    • Check wiring, adjust burners, and vacuum boiler/furnace.
    • Lubricate motors, inspect flue pipe, drain expansion tank, and test safety controls.
    • Clean and adjust blowers/circulator pumps.
    • Perform combustion/gas leak tests.
    • Explain thermostat operation.
  • Oil Heat Tune-Up and System Evaluation: 
    • Service burner, inspect nozzle assembly, and test oil pump pressure.
    • Run combustion analysis, lubricate motors, and drain expansion tank.
    • Vacuum the boiler/furnace, inspect the flue pipe, and check the chimney base.
    • Inspect the combustion chamber, safety controls, oil lines, and tanks.
    • Check wiring, test run system, clean oil lines, and check oil level. 
    • Explain thermostat operation.
