    Installation for two units and two furnaces was great. They cleaned up well and was respectful of the property. Great customer service, not in a rush, took the time for customer satisfaction.

    Follow up: Tech support came out to recalibrate the thermostats as they were showing lower temps than actual temp. Called and got an appointment the next day. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of the issue.
    So far I’m very happy across the board, no complaints!!"

    "Phenomenal experience. Had an emergency plumbing issue early in the morning and the technician was here within a couple of hours. The technician (Anthony) was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He diagnosed the issue and told me what I needed and what I didn’t need. Will use these folks again. Great company; great service.

    I have to add to my original review. We had an excellent experience with Zach (master electrician) a few months after our original call to Woodfin. We had an exterior post light that had been defectively installed in a brick retaining wall, making a repair impossible. Zach came up with the idea of using a low voltage alternative, which we approved. On the day of installation, Zach had been on call for the weekend and had worked until 2:30 am. Nevertheless, he worked at our house all day to make sure the install went well. The results are amazing (at least we think so). But more importantly, this level of service is unmatched in today’s world. Kudos to Zach and his colleague Chance. They are good people doing good work."
