WOODFIN'S CUSTOMER BILL OF RIGHTS
Woodfin customers enjoy a published Bill of Rights, which you can read below:
- You have the right to honest hard work. Our job is to ensure that your home is comfortable for you and your family.
- You have the right to have your phone calls returned. If you call one of our department managers and we do not return your call within 24 hours, we will issue a $25 credit to your account.
- You have the right to have our installers leave your work area as clean as or cleaner than they found it. If not, we will reduce the cost of your installation by $100.00.
- You have the right to friendly staff. Our customers deserve friendly, reliable service. If any Woodfin employee is not polite, friendly and helpful, we will credit your account $25.00.
- You have the right to accurate billings. We guarantee that your billings will accurately reflect the services we provided. If we do make an error on your bill, we will credit your account $5.00.
- You have the right to gratefulness. We will always remember that our customers are what keep us in business. Anytime a friend you have referred becomes one of our customers, we will give you a special gift certificate.
- You have the right to a "No Lemon Guarantee." If during the first year following a Woodfin installation you are not satisfied with the workmanship and manufacturer's specified performance of the system, we will do everything in our power to satisfy your concerns. If we are unable to satisfy your concerns, we will remove the system and refund 100% of your money.
- You have the right to convenience. We will try to make every accommodation to limit the complications to your schedule as best as possible.
- You have the right to not run out of Heating oil. If you are on our Watchdog Automatic Delivery Service and your account is current, we will not charge you for getting your system re-started or any emergency deliveries.
- You have the right to 24-hour emergency service. If you are a current customer, and you experience a comfort system emergency, we will do our very best to solve your problem, no matter what the time of day.
